Meet Our Supervised Clinicians
I am proud to support the development of emerging therapists who are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Our supervised clinicians—Resident Therapist Katrina Hundley and Counseling Intern Casie Hinderliter—offer personalized, trauma-informed support under the direct supervision of Season Childress, LPC.
They bring fresh insight, deep empathy, and a commitment to honoring your story—while offering flexible options for therapy, including insurance billing and reduced-fee sessions.
Katrina Hundley – Resident Counselor
Katrina is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor graduating from Emory & Henry College in August 2025 and beginning her residency with Season LPC this fall. She offers a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals without judgment.
Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in building trust. Katrina works collaboratively with clients from all walks of life, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions with clarity and care.
She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful modality for trauma and emotional healing.
Katrina is an avid animal lover and dog mom to three rescue pups—and a foster! Two of her dogs, Apollo and Hiro, are certified therapy animals who frequently visit Radford University and local hospitals as part of community wellness programs.

Sarah Salzberg – Master’s Level Intern
Sarah Salzberg is a Master's-level intern from Radford University. At the heart of her approach is the belief that people are inherently worthy and capable of change. Her hope is that therapy provides a safe space where you can practice a more compassionate way of relating to yourself and your experiences.
Clients can expect a warm, collaborative space where they will be met with genuine presence and empathy. Sarah uses a collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach and works with clients to help them move toward lives that feel more connected, meaningful, and aligned with their values. Sarah’s work seeks to balance deep listening and reflection with gentle guidance to help illuminate patterns in your relationships and the stories you hold about yourself. She also attends to the social, cultural, and family contexts that influence your life, making room for all parts of your identity and experience.
Outside of counseling, she enjoys tending her vegetable and flower gardens and is proud that her yard is certified as a waystation for monarchs, supporting successive generations and their migrations. She also loves walking in the woods with her two big dogs, one of whom has recently become a certified therapy dog and is available for sessions upon request.
